Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to find the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your box over any existing shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
